1. Who we are
Next Level Artistry Academy ("NLA Academy") is a marketplace operated by Dark Water Ventures, Inc. We list in-person courses taught by independent salons, spas, schools and educators ("academies") and take bookings and payment for them.
2. Your account
You need an account to book or to teach. Keep your password private and your details accurate. You are responsible for activity on your account.
3. Bookings and payment
The price shown at checkout is the full price per seat. A seat is confirmed when payment completes. Payments are processed by Flow by Dark Water, the payment service of Dark Water Ventures, Inc. Card and bank details are entered on secure fields and are not stored by NLA Academy.
4. Refunds and changes
Full refund up to 7 days before your class date. Inside 7 days, your seat can move to another date once. If an academy cancels a class, you may move to another date or receive a full refund.
5. The courses
Courses are taught by the academy named on the course page, which is responsible for the instruction, the premises and any certificate it issues. A course does not replace any license required to perform a service for the public. Check the rules that apply to you.
6. Educators and academies
You confirm that you have the right to offer the courses you list and that your listings are accurate. We review listings before they go live and may remove a listing. You set the price you receive per seat. We add a service margin to the price students pay and send your share on the schedule agreed with you.
7. Conduct
Do not misuse the site, interfere with it, or use it to mislead anyone. We may suspend an account that does.
8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, NLA Academy is not liable for the acts of an academy or for indirect losses, and our total liability for a booking is limited to the amount you paid for it.
